post-industry miasma

so I kinda went with the week 7 theme I guess in the back of my head. trying to use some pretty noisy/abstract sounds to create mood and atmosphere with some weird ticking beats going on. I must admit I did not have as much time to work on my piece this week. am not super happy with this one but I feel like it is at least ok.

nightmare fuel. sick.

i like the textures. Weird stuff!

i think i scared myself with this one somehow... not easy

i was just playing crystal chronicles this weekend and i appreciate that you used the word "miasma". also this is a really cool track, even if ur not 100% happy with it, i think it's unique and i definitely enjoyed listening.

Subway on acid.

cool, thanks! I think it may be growing on me.

Almost has an early afx vibe in sections.  I dig the skipping beats.

some really cool sounds in this and that deep & dirty synth/sample is scary (but in a good way duh), well done!

thanks! big thank you on the afx comparison... it is kinda funny i just added a bunch of analord flac to my phones music player after i made this. maybe it was subconscious heh.

and thanks tone matrix! yeah it kind ofbhas a detached deserted quality... maybe the time constraints actually produced something more unique... but i will be working on the arrangement for the piece before i release it anywhere else.

forebodin and grimace, i just entered into a ugly place to dance. The hits work so well with everything. Transition into the skip beating part is quintessential!

Nice experimentation! Dark atmosphere and weird timed beats, right up my alley.

Very reminiscent of select ambient works! Keep it up

Really great concept with the dirty, reverby loop and the broken, tweaky drum machine.  I dig it.  Maybe a bit more bass in the kick?  It works as it is now, though.
