Cloaker - interdimensional commerce

launching a new black metal industrial project... this track actually started out as something else but the only idea at first was to use my step repeat function on my drum machine which i had forgotten about all year so far. anyways it morphed into an avant garde extremely weird industrial metal song?

reminded me of some bands i like, such as dodheimsgard meets oranssi pazuzu with a dash of skinny puppy, or something. did my best to sound disturbing but maybe it sounds more like smeagol hahahaha. wasn't super happy with the guitar but i got out of practice during covid and i'm trying to get back into being a good guitarist. anyways, i'm most happy with the mix of this track more than anything else about it. it's certainly weird, creative, and "out there" though! i hope you dig it or are disturbed (in a good way!).

The sound of a deranged person coming off meds.

ahh it's super nice! awesomely deranged! love the voice and noisy instruments! I imagine some orcs playing this in a cafe in Mordor and then afterwards the other orcs are like "Nicely done, that was super good you guys! heart" in a wholesome way

hahahahaha thank you!

It started quite normal, but had a little bit of anarchy vibe at the end.

Definitely get the Sméagol vibe, this is wonderfully chaotic.

Thanks for checking it out!!

Really cool track! I definitely felt the Oranssi Pazuzu vibes; it felt close to the sounds in Uusi Teknokratia.

oh badass!! really good to hear! they were one of the last shows I saw right before covid shut everything down. they're due for a new one... i can't wait to hear what they do next! they're so insanely cool. I'm glad you liked it, and know of them. one of the most memorable bands in the last couple decades.
