little crush

hello again!  back for 2026, or at least for the start of it.  shall see how i go this year, last year was a bit too stressful for my taste.

this week?  last minute, so not my favourite start.  it's a simple four on the floor, but crushed to bits and mangled about, especially near the end.
there was also some guitar playing this week, but it didn't make it in.  and i would assume other weeks might contain actual melody?

tech-wise, it's any drums (digitone here), crushed by collide 4 and later live grains of that via multigrains.  really fun to play with, not sure how to make this actually performable and fun to listen to.  i guess that's one way to look at this year, continue figuring this out.

looking forward to hear things from now-a-bit-familiar names this year!

Nice start!

Nice, I could listen to an hour long version of this!

I like the panning and depth of those.

Ominous; nice rich kicks with enough boom for presence without getting muddy. I love the panning and ratcheted touches.

I like the mangling you do to the drums.  It creates some cool textures.  It definitely could have gone a bit longer and gotten even more mangled.

nice to see and hear from you again!
feels like you tapped into that ominous feeling that seems to be lurking in our lives these days.
this sounded really cool in my headphones heart
