Imagination

I have no idea what this is, lol. I want to say this is a demo, but i know I will never come back to it. Ive been inspired by all the lo-fi stuff going on here, and although ive made some in the past i havnt made any this year and wanted to reconnect with that. So i started this morning on an idea of making like a lo-fi offish beat like Grillo style, and then the caffeine kicked in lol. finished it up and uploaded so i could make it on the board this week. ============================  I have alot of crazy sh*t going on in my life right now, it sucks. Essentially in a brief summary, i'm in the process of moving to a new place. With that said i will have a 2-3 week hiatus unfortunately since my computer will be in boxes and i will not have internet. ============================ cya this spring - Franky

There's a really interesting off-kilter sense to this beat--like...is the first bit in 7?  There's a cool destabilizing quality to it. Good luck with life stuff!

great track.  the half-step syncopation is really unusual, and the wide/huge sonic palette keeps things varied. i can hear the lo-fi influence, but at the same time also hear a hi-fi future bass hype influence. downloaded!

Thanks onezero smile  shamefully I cannot tell you what timing that would be, other than the tempo was 100. I to enjoyed the first bit more than the last, however at the time I enjoyed the end bit more. Now I don't like much of it anymore lol.

Zirafa you thought so? I liked it at first for what it was but after listening to it a million times I can stand it lol. I was experimenting with that weird step, and I think the beginning half turned out pretty well, im debating on visiting that style again. Thanks smile

just listened again -- yah still dig it :-)

Half Grillo, half Machinedrum... 100% Awesome. Incredible beats and atmospheres.

I'm jealous of your ear for vocal snippets.

BTW you inspired my week 12[/img] track.
