Take a Leap

It was leap day when I made this. It's repetitive but so are a lot of songs.

Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Nice. I did a leap day song in 2016, but not this year. It's funny I was just commenting on someone else's song how I've recently noticed how many big famous popular songs are super repetitive. Repetition is a legitimate musical option though, but it is kind of crazy, if you start looking out for it, it's everywhere.

You don’t have to agonize over a whole bunch of lyrics, or spinning a story, or any of that hard stuff. Just one catchy phrase repeated endlessly.
