Celebrate Me Home

First track on the M8. There are a couple random high freq sounds of samples that didn't cut off. I tried  to tame them a bit with Soothe, but they still poke out.

sounds like this dancefloor is a spaceship

Hell yeah!

this has an awesome "collapsing on itself" stutter rhythm.

love that note bend/grind thing at 2:02 - how'd you do that?  i've heard that in other songs

Sorry it took me a couple weeks to reply, I navigated away from the page and couldn't figure out how to get back. The sound at 2:02 is a sample of feedback between a low pass filter and a Serge NCOM. I think the pitch jumps come from random modulation of the divider stage in the NCOM. In the M8 I was repitching the sound to tune to the other synths and jumping around the start time of the sample to get variations.
