Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

My little brother told me yesterday that he was waiting at the bus stop on his way to school listening to one of my songs when someone came by on their bike and said something like "oh hey Lactose Intolerance! You listen to jiffypop23? I recognize it from Weekly Beats!".

That's a crazy story! Could it be that people not participating actually listen to our tracks (well at least yours)?

I get the impression that my parents think im trying to be some kind of rockstar and they dont approve.. but thats not at all why i write music. I write music because i enjoy it.. its like hacking human brains
