Although I don't usually stick to the theme selection chosen for each week, I find these threads give me a lot of inspiration and ideas to try. Definitely already going with an alternate genre. From chiptune to hip hop. Already got the rap written.

I dont know if I have a procrastination problem per se. I do know, however, that whenever I visit this site i see the counter and think "oh shit only X days left?! I better get started." Then I close the site and forget about it until the next time (when i do the same thing).

Currently reading Caliban's War, the second in The Expanse series which is set far in the future and revolves around conflict in our solar system between Earth, Mars, and colonies on the asteroid belt (among other things). The first book in the series, Leviathan Wakes, was extreeemely good.

having issues listening off the week 1 page after you changed the order to random it only grays out the play button. clicking play does not start the player (on chrome at least). going to the artists page and pressing play still functions normally.

I have a couple goals I would like to accomplish.
1. create tracks out of the hundreds of 1 pattern songs I started, worked on for 5 minutes, and never revisited.
2. make use of the many different pieces of hardware I slowly amassed throughout 2013.
3. break out of creative ruts and writers blocks by brute force and new and interesting means.
4. write a song a week for a year.
