One thing that does kind of bothers me, there's no notation of 12EP being 2013 like WB2012 was, shouldn't the name be 12EP13?

There are 2 new artists this week.

Well, perhaps they're here for WB2013. Once organization is done figuring out what it wants, I'm opting for orange.

Unlike most, I've been doing most of the year listening to the music, but still managed to post once a week for 9 straight weeks; I may well be the biggest fan, or I would've been 10 weeks ago, now I'm not the worst contributer.

I have all the weeks as archives, I have all songs I liked in folders and songs I really liked again in a different folder; I even have one folder for exactly 1 song that I consider the best song of the year (good luck guessing that one).

I remember music from Pongball and Fuxter, who both suddenly left without a trace; I'd bet not many remember that music.

So how did everyone get to the WeeklyBeats anyway? I got here through Trash80 actually.

Apocalypse Waltz, I liked it so much I wrote sheet music for it. But I can't really decide regardless of my previous statement, they all have their charms; except toxigen, I hate that one.

anyone wanna join?

Maybe two uploads per week? Any info on Weeklybeats 2013? I would love to continue!!! (Well, I only discovered WB yesterday, so I missed out on the year)

Realistically speaking, there's nothing holding you back doing it anyway, with or without site; granted, a supporting community of equally miserable contributers help.

Ska, maybe.

I have a question! How do you decide which order the songs in your album should go in ?

Chronologically?

I'd be okay with Fortnight Beats next time, the deadlines really pushes one to creativity.

Spoiler alert, the world doesn't end this year. Pretty ironic you didn't know, you're from the future.

Well, if whoever does the Skype group thing needs my name, it's identical to the one right below my avatar.

I might make remixes of what I have and sell that, leave the originals with the B-side versions for free with donation possibilities.
9 songs is barely enough for an album, but at least I have a very appropriate album title.

Skype it up yo.

If something like that could be set up, that'd be neat.

I'd come if it wasn't literally on the other side of planet Earth; not that I'd add anything to the party though.

*bump*  And chance of a high rez of logo?

(I just traced it in Illustrator and it looks like arse monkeys)

That's pretty much as far as I got; let's face it, the graphic isn't really a great idea, just a logo is nice, maybe even personalized if possible.

I'm already making a vectorized version of that panel, finish it in Gimp and add some text to replace the old one. I like the plain one better, personally.

Goodness me, that image is huge; yea it does look a bit crummy, but doesn't that resonate well enough with the underlying feeling?

Probably not, especially in contrast with the logo right next to it. I'll see what I can do.

Seriously, why is it so big?

it's probably 300dpi.. for print

That's a bit overkill for a draft.
