I wish weeklybeats 2013 still were a thing. We wouldn't have to do it, but it would be good for all the new people who want to do it.

If WB 2013 isn't a thing, I think I'll just carry on with the months and make a 4+ song EP every month, continuing at the rate as if weeklybeats WAS happening. It would be nice to not have to worry about the Sunday deadline.

Nice ideas Thursdaybloom. I wrote my post before I noticed yours, but I would probably join your website as well, as that sounds fun. I don't know who would do the site though, as I can only wrap my head around basic HTML.

What if we keep the same site up next year, maybe with some changes to design or something, and just make it better? People are talking about posting biweekly and monthly, so make an option for your account to be a weekly, biweekly, or monthly account. When you make an EP you could post it on the forums and in your song descriptions still. Maybe some sort of system could happen where you could flag a song as "part of an EP", and clicking this flag would directly link you to a user-set EP hyperlink.
Really, I think many people like the weekly concept. We don't wanna force these people away from it. But, we could still have the option of changing our workflows. Also, I love the name "Weekly Beats", I don't think we should change that.

I could definitely do a song a week next year. It was fun this year. Just, I think my stuff would turn out better if I did every two weeks. A month seems like it'd be too long, I think I'd maybe forget. Just as long as the site stays up, we continue to post on some schedule, and the same people stay active.

I figure, as an active member of Weekly Beats, I hold the right to post about my new Christmas album/EP thing, titled "A Really Awesome Christmas Album" (A bit of an ambitious name, lol). It includes the past six weeks worth of Christmas songs I have done on here, and it's been a lot of fun to make. It's not the greatest music ever, and it's super duper late in the season (two days before Christmas), but I still put a lot of effort into this. If you've enjoyed my music, check it out. Having just a black shirt with the logo on it would be awesome. I don't really want anything besides just the logo. I vote nothing on the back for two reasons: For one, I'm not one of the "survivors", because despite my weekly participation, I missed a few weeks. Also, I'm pretty sure costs would be lower if there's simply just "Weekly Beats" on front, nothing anywhere else. Love the idea of a shirt though
