My main goal is just to not miss a week. If I can do that, I will be very satisfied. Other than that...
- I'd like to work on incorporating other instruments with LSDJ, rather than using it by itself.
- Focusing on improving specific technical skills, e.g. harmony, counterpoint, orchestration
- Trying new instruments/hardware, taking advantage of my neglected resources
- Building my own chiptune hardware that is a standalone system allowing for the playback of compositions, not necessarily allowing for composition on the hardware
We shall see what else!
Damn, pretty jealous of DataLine's OP1...
I got a C64 for christmas, I'm going to be experimenting with different software for that. LSDJ will probably be pretty prominent in my stuff. I've got a Roland JX-8P analog synth, and a Moog Etherwave Theremin that's been sitting unassembled for much too long. I might whip out my clear green recorder at some point, who knows?! I'll probably be compiling everything and messing with it in Ableton Live 8. Super stoked to see where this goes!
What infotoxin said. Let's do this.
