Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Seems like I did 25 jams this year that I put on my YouTube channel. But I haven't done much these last few months. Actually came here to renew my commitment to a weekly jam schedule.
I've continued making a track per week, and look forward to doing so this coming year

The off-season has been a lot of faster projects - I've been working on not thinking so hard and overworking a song.
I did! I did RPM Feb 2025 and did most of the finishing work then. Check out Touch My Midas on all platforms. If you are offended by offensive content, I recommend starting with Graveyard at Midnight which starts without an intro and is the fastest way to potentially save your time if it’s not for you, literally 3 seconds in you’ll know you’re either very generous or the lyrics weren’t intelligible enough. That one was 90% written in 2010 or so, and it got done in wb2024! Thanks wb! ❤️ 🪦🧟

Even though I had planned to do so I did not. I did find a new direction that I’m exploring. It’s interesting. It’s not my usual direction and I did start and finish a small more of a ballet exercise which I put together with the choreographer and perhaps this spring will actually see if it will come to fruition with having actual people dance should that come to pass I will video it and share.
Right now I would like to be sure about copyrightand publishing protections for my music. Anybody with any advice it would be welcome.
I am eager for this new year to come forth so I can once again try to compose one song or piece a week. This is the best group of composers I have ever been around. Everybody has been friendly and helpful and much better than those I worked within the past who were to say the least unkind to everybody. Probably the saving grace was they were equally cruel to everybody. I’m not complaining. I’m just saying I know when there is fresh air and where there is no oxygen.
Y’all have such impressive professional sites on band camp my plan is to put something on my band camp site and build it up this year
