good morning
uploading isn't working for me, I tried opera/chrome/edge and none of them are working
the black/blue upload progress bar stays at 0% and then it goes black and doesn't register that I tried to upload anything

That's weird. Are you sure you are uploading in a supported format? Have you checked your internet connection (e.g. http://www.speedtest.net/ ). Clearing your cache? Rebooting you computer. Maybe you have some weird characters in the filename?

format - mp3 (already tried re-encoding)
checked internet connection - ping 10ms / download 17mbps / upload 14mbps
clearing cache - not sure how to do this but it's happening across several browsers
rebooting computer - I'll try that now
weird character - all alphanumeric "PlinkSeven.mp3"

edit: it wasn't magic, it was aday (housemate) fixing the router settings at exactly the same time I reset my computer

Actually I just power cycled the modem. Landr and wikipedia and yahoo were failing. Tracert failing at a TPG router.
So likely some AWS servers too.
Anyway.

So, I messed up on Week 8 and didn't have my ilok in while doing my bounce down, so there's some dropouts in my mp3 because a plugin was being a jerk. Can I get a reupload link to put the right one up? Sorry! Stupid mistake.
