The bass clarinet sounds like a fuzz guitar here, low and buzzy, right up until the short blues solo at the end. All the room sound and high end on the drums sounds, I dunno, very material? Like I'm listening less for the rhythm of the drum than the *sound* of them. The *sound* of those hats! Like rusty bedsprings. Dark and isolated sense of place. I like it
