It's jars week, baby

You don't have to drink or do drugs to make a bunch of dumb noises.
!TW! !TW! : if you suffer from misophonia you might not want to listen to this track, there is chewing

I THOUGHT YOU WERE EATING JARS AT FIRST.

Harsh, aggressive, ringing, mildly disturbing. Unexpected and awesome. Love the organic textures you always bring. Favorited.

I would lie if I said I wasn't a bit disturbed by this. It sounds super crisp and well textured. Would place well in a horror game of some sort. Well done!

So this played after a really quiet track and that first crunch startled me. I like this track. I do wish it was longer. Things are starting to develop. And then it's over. I think that's a pity. Nonetheless, I think it's a cool little track!

You know. I read the description. If I wanted to literally drive my girlfriend crazy I would play this. It's abusive, brutal, and stubborn.

It was also too short, so I listened again. You're sick, and I hope you never get well 🥰🤣❤️

I mean... gross! But a gorgeous sound space! Lol. I can see less crunching and more melody transitioning this into a very creepy video game opening. Sounds awesome. But gross lol.

great sounds at play here to create an anxious atmosphere!   it's making me want to eat chips!   I am imaging a hulking figure hunched over some kind of disgusting meal before you enter a boss battle or something

!

Oh god, this is so unsettling... Also, it's amazing and the quality of the sound is crazy good.
But I am cringing the entire time listening. It's giving me very conflicting love/hate feels. Nice work!

Ooof the soundspace has me on the edge of my seat looking behind me with shifty eyes yikes  the burp fill was my fav heart

Thanks for listening! "Jars Week" is when you are out of time and ideas so you play the jars and make gross noises. I do like the recording quality and volume this week, I was just using the built in Zoom mics but I turned up the gain higher than usual and compressed each track individually.
The rhythm patterns are pretty boring, if I did this again I would probably try multiple asynchronous loops for each sound

Wonderful track, if a bit…jarring? 😛

Kidding, this is beautifully crisp and super satisfying!

This is so unhinged. I love it

Why does it feel like the crunching is coming from right behind my eyeballs?..

I love the beat of this! great sounds and exploration

Damn, missed this one last week. I immediately got the image of some dark ritual involving magic and cannibalism. Great panning. Love the glass roll, the droning bell (glass cake topper?), and the evil munching. Nice and creepy. Burp made me laugh

the glass plus chip crunch sounds like a gunshot

best use of chips since:
