Made with a Arturia Microfreak borrowed from the Library Of MusicLandria, www.musiclandria.com

Thank you MusicLandria, Charles Mingus, and Rachmaninoff. This was a last minute effort... I would like to fix a lot of things.

Holy shit, there's a library that lets you borrow gear for free?  I might actually move to Sacramento for this.

Awesome track too, love what you did with the vocals.  Was this the Microfreak with the vocoder built in or did you do the vocal processing in your daw?

Very cool textures. I like the vocals works well.

Nice harmony! This is a cool idea to do the pitch change singing together with your normal voice. And this background ambient is nice to listen also.

Yeah, MusicLandria is the happiest place on earth! Sacramento has a lot of problems though. Maybe you could start an instrument lending library where you are!
Wow, a Microfreak with a built in vocoder? That sounds awesome. We should get one for the library!! Nah, I just used garageband's pitch shifter, it was a lot of fun trying to sing parallel fourths along with myself.
Loved playing with the Microfreak though. It seems like a very accessible synth.

Thanks folks! And thanks for making and sharing your inspiring music.

Yeah, it was pretty fun doing the vocals on this one. The textures... what can I say, there is something magical about being able to mess with real live knobs on a real live instrument and be surprised and pleased by the outcome. To me that's the coolest part of MusicLandria, giving beginners like me access to "grown-up" tools.
Though, the whole time I was recording the sequence take I was thinking "don't touch that resonance knob" and then I did and it made an awful sound so there might be something to that whole "learning" thing, too.

This is awesome. And also... not moving to Sacremento. It's a long way away. This is a great piece though. Got some Vangelis vibes going on.

That synth sounds so good in this tune, sounds a lot like the synths from Doom Eternal haha, so now I guess I know how I can go about finding that sound tongue. I really like the vocals in the section around 3:18
