Here's to a rocking year of beets! For 2022 I have some new toys and a better space to play my synths in. As ever it's a live recording with a bit of gain/compression afterwards. Stuff in use here:

- TR-09
- TB-03
- Volca FM
- Microfreak
- Korg SQ-64
- Elektron Analog Drive

Another year of weekly beats! I like the vibe you get from 1:30 onwards - it has this tribal drive, with the deep kick there. Cool track!

Super good. How are you enjoying the microfreak? One of those pieces of gear that’s been on the periphery of my interest for awhile.

love that this is live, very cool

also makes me interested in that analog heat/drive thingy!

Love that menacing atmosphere you do so well. Cheers to another WB!

It's got some amazing sounds in it, and with the parameter matrix you can go some really crazy places. The sequencer/arp also has some great tricks in it, though in truth I'm not using them here. Arturia have released a few firmware updates since it came out with even more oscillator types, which is fantastic to see. I think it's a great buy!

Thank you! It's a cool pedal - if I had the pennies I'd like to get the heat, but the drive does a good job at spicing up the drums smile (new drum machine would also be on the list if I had the pennies!)
