Glass-Eyes

By Every Road A Railway on September 1, 2024 10:52 pm

I was supposed to do something to finish this today but I have no clue what that was so here it is.

I got glasses this week. It amazes me how fast I've gotten used to them physically, but how hard of a time I've had emotionally with the whole deal.

I've been cleared by my doctor that I have recovered from surgery well. I can do normal things like lifting objects over 10 pounds again!

is this your first time with glasses?  i've been wearing glasses/contacts almost my whole life

congrats on the recovery!  you got this!

interesting topic of vision as this track had "blurry" elements and "clear" elements.

stutter stop at 1:24 was great

Yeah these are my first set of glasses. I hadn't had a vision appointment since I was pretty young, but my partner always has me with them when they are picking out glasses, and said I should get a checkup.

Oooh I hadn't thought of the track in terms of clear and blurry, but the elements really do fit those descriptors!

I do like how that stop came out.

Good to hear you can see again (and lift stuff), though it's clear there's nothing wrong with your ears.
