Swing a la Twin Peaks

By ESQUIVEL on January 11, 2014 7:47 pm

Twin Peaks was very different TV show in the 90s, not only because of the cinematography, story, acting, but for the music. That album, composed by Angelo Badalamenti and David Lynch was the first soundtrack that I could listen to from start to finish, no skips, no forward. And in the moment the music started the melancholic, foggy landscapes and subtle moves invaded your room. I´ve created the original melody some time ago for an Art installation of a friend of mine in Montevideo. Here´s my definitive version, this is my little homenaje to that Twin Peaks feeling.

intriguing take on the twin peaks jazz theme.

haha

Black as midnight on a moonless night.

Nice! Super delicate. It reminds me of the constant feeling of mystery in the series.
