Progressive propulsive hypnotic atmospheric rhythmic synthesizer mantra dickery.  Busiest, most layered song I have made yet.  The beat is relentlessl, repetitive and driving, yet always shifting and changing.

I also made a really gnarly noise-sludge jam with George Bowles (also on WB) this week that is worth rocking:

fuck yeah dude this is awesome! getting more into some Download-ish territory! i dig it, sounds kinda old school but not dated. good work.

Happy to hear some creative panning, I always struggle with that but I like what you have done with it.

I think hypnotic mantra is a good way to describe this... kinda is remninescent of drum circles, except there is no overly loud asshole who can't play XD

Then it goes into nightmare territory... not in a bad way haha, just the relentlessness + the kind of oppressive pads that come in really impart a sense of anxiety

ngl the ending is quite a relief (I think that's the intended effect) XD But it was interesting enough that I listened to the whole thing :3

Thanks a bunch for the comments, this song was a smorgasborg of leftover drum machine jams, and bits and pieces of synth takes combined with some repetitive metronomic(?) rhythmic elements to tie it together in a hypnotic soup.  Fun stuff to make.
