Worked on job application slowly but, surely. Distracted regullarly, only break is walks w/ AL. Losing track of time.

Software Used:
ReCycle
Ableton
Audacity
Izotope Decapitator (sample processing)
Izotope RX10 De-click (sample Processing)
Renoise
Tal-chorus-LX
IzotopeOzone 10

Made in Renoise while testing some processed Boss Dr-202 samples. Lofi quality to samples. 100% made with a handfule of 202 sounds (probably not a surprise to anyone). Too much LSDJ that leads no where this week. Novelty wearing out fast. Samples from old pile. Avoiding buying new ones out of laziness. Feeling uninspired. Purely practice submission for sake of getting it done. Renoise randomized tempo to 115. Stuck with it. Under stimulated or overly pushed. Not sure which one.

The title is lovely. Get that 21 out of the way and on to more inspired things.

one man's shite...

i really dig those fuzzy samples and the arrangement!
hope you get some rest this week, buddy

Great use of the samples. This ones weird and I am here for it. Sound design is mildly berserk.

Haha I'd say the last few weeks have been that (speaking from week 23). There is never enough time and I've been feeling a bit directionless. I've been needing a new musical novelty for me to explore and push myself in.

You really are too nice tongue Sometimes, it's just remembering to put one foot in front of the other and nothing else.

The 202 samples did all the work here. I did very little to alter them tongue Sound design credit all goes the Boss engineers.

Always enjoy reading your diary entries here. I have quite a few "practice submissions", too. Sometimes they surprise me later down the road when I revisit them. Both positively and negatively, lol.

Anyway... this sounds pretty good to me, punchy and crunchy!

The surprise is half the fun big_smile When I first WB, I did some pretty wack jams when I didn't have time or ideas. Most of them I deemed too quality to save the stems and patterns. I wish I had saved a few looking back now tongue

Love that fuzzy hit with the bad ass drums! \m/
