wabi sabi

still struggling to get my brain & my fingers & the acoustic guitar to play nice together

i recorded this in one sitting trying to settle myself down & was liking the vibe, but not the sloppy guitar playing - when i went to re-record the guitar parts & clean this up & it just didn't have the same energy the first session...

wabi sabi right?

Really liking the sparseness and reverb of this one.  I particularly like how this unfolds organically, like the breeze blowing leaves off the trees. Very nice.

thank you!!!

Really cool reverb creating a huge space.  Definitely getting 'fall' imagery from the vocals and guitar smile

smile  thank you - i'm really liking the way the "large reverb"  in garage band picks up acoustic guitar & vocals in the room sound...

Lovely use of reverbed sparseness!

I love the calmness of this song. Singig and reverbaration is very beautiful. You doing a great job on guitar.

Thank you - i just love that Large Reverb effect in garage band when recording with the computor mic... i can't believe it picks up so well - wonder what it would do if i plugged a nice mic in?  smile  Thank you for the encouragement with the guitar - years of piano as a child have made learning guitar difficult for me smile
