That beat packs a powerful punch, and I dig the way it contrasts with the serene vocals and pads. Great work! ![]()
Oooh yes those falling synths sound so good with your vocals and the head nodding groove. Love how your voice soars at the end wow
**waves to Abe Froman**
The vocals and instrumentation combine to create a warm springtime wonderland. I agree the beat is also really effective. This is one of my favorites you've done so far this year.
love when the synths come in clear out of the murky wash of the reverb/vocals. 2:00 that descending line hell yeah. amazing track, thank you for this.
There are those moments sometimes where everything seems to be "perfect"... It is rare, maybe it is "grace".
I like those top synths a lot.
Track feels good. Take care!
The wash of reverb on the pads and your vocals, paired with that grounding heavy beat is a delicious combination. Like watching the stars and feeling your heart beat in your chest. Lovely.
Oh I love that loop and how you used it, the vocal blend with it so well.
So I have WB just playing in the background, and as soon as this track started I was like, "Oh this is Emily for sure..." Such a cool track. Very distinctly you, in that deep airy hypnotic way... but like still filled with surprises, like the kick drum... just delightful, great work.
Your vocals are angelic on this! I really like the contrast with the dry and rhythmic top synths, and the way that lead switches between quick jumps and slides.
Lyrically this is so beautiful too. I think it's important to acknowledge and find comfort in those moments when we encounter them, especially in uncertain times like these. Thank you for sharing your reflections
Love the playfulness on this grace, with the flutey tones coming in so surprisingly..like how grace can suddenly appear
Beautiful pads and vocals, the progression is unexpected on this one with the toy like synth sounds and arps filling the space.
Lovely. Made me think of Julee Cruise for a momemnt then I went into a David Lynch dream. It was great but had to come back to reality
got distracted shortly after it started and I had one of those genuine... oh shit who is this, this slaps... moments before my brain came back into gear and went... you're listening to wb. love the contrast. you've got things that are ethereal, things that are sort of whimsical and floaty, and the kick just punches like a clock telling us it's time to dance. vocals are beautiful too. gives me kind of... if genevieve artadi recorded a track while also on the international space station vibes.
