And pins it with a star
Remember that you have a friend
Though she may wander far.”

Sentimental but with forward motion. End titles of a movie vibe.

This is a fantastic vibe. I'd love an EP of this.

great job!

it gets poppier by the track...

Looove the drums, gave me somewhat of a Nujabes vibe at first which I'm all about. The vocals are great. It's hard for me to pin down what it is, but the echoed sound that hits on the 1 every 4 bars(:24) is so satisfying.

Really cool beat on this one.  Love the panning effect on it.  Digging the part that kind of sounds like melodic whalesong as well.

incredibly comforting — also makes me feel like I’m running in slow-motion through some really beautiful haunted forest. Just absolutely magical ✨💕

love the way you with the drum panning. interesting vocal hook! love the transition and subtle feedback/harmonics starting around 2:50

This sounds so sweet, really makes me feel all warm!

Oooh a bit of trip hop vibes with the beat and stringy goodness.  I know it's not as glamorous as I make it up in my head but it must be cool to witness the behind da musics between you and the jwh smile tanks for the positivo comments too

Man, love that bass line at 1:45, such a vibe.

Awesome flow! Really dig that bass. Sick beat, those chords are mesmerizing!

This song has something very special to it and a pleasant catchiness. I take an EP too. Your voice is perfectly integrated. A+++

This is so stunningly ethereal and catchy! Absolutely beautiful.

Also came to commend the two beats panned left and right. Feels like sitting in between two drummers completely locked in, but each still doing their own thing. Really immersive overall arrangement, it's sweet!

Whoooooaaaaa, absolutely loving the ambiance.  Very cool panning/spread on the drums, and I love that little bendy thing that shows up around 0:50.

i dont know what to say that hasn't already been said, you did a great job on this

the howl gave me goosebumps. love the bassline. nicely done!

Good job on this one, eh!! Way to lean in on production role smile
Hey, it's odd but when I listened on my laptop speakers, there was a noticeable fluctuation/pulsing in volume levels. But on headphones, sounded consistently great.
Volume is a constant struggle for me, so maybe there is something you can help me learn here?
Anyhoo- nice work, team heart

weird about the speakers as i checked on my laptop & with headphones & am not having that issue

wonder what that was?

i'm still learning a lot on the production side

whatever your DAW  - this youtube channel has great tutorials - in particular this mastering one might help you with volume - after watching those and learning how to use the mvMeter2 plug in & the youlean loudness meter plug in has been a game changer for me

heart thanks for listening WB crew

Wowwwww!! Thanks for the notes! Perhaps this is the week I try the loudness meter! Thank you so much!!

Awooo! I love what's flowing on here. This beat got me grooving. Great sounds, production, voice is awesome. Oh gosh that bassline was worth the wait, delicious. A twilight swaying under the stars party.

I should have given you this link about mixing first - as volume is so much a part of mixing as well & often I have to go back and turn stuff down in the mix after struggling in the finalizing process.  Hope that helps.

i think josh did a mind meld with that bassline - he just like dropped it right into the track - same with the vocals it fit so perfect with the rest of the track...
