so much like the stars

"Snow was falling,
so much like stars
filling the dark trees
that one could easily imagine
its reason for being was nothing more
than prettiness.”

Welcome back!  This has a very nice wintery ambience that puts me in the mindset of freshly-fallen snow.  Nicely done.

Such a great use of space and reverb, and great vocal that's so suited to this track. The piano is like a glockenspiel made of icicles.

Great to hear more of your work again!

Great melody, like a haunting lullaby!

so delicate!  welcome back!

Welcome back kaedo, it's great to hear your work again. I love these wintery vocals.

Lovely my daughter said she liked this one.

Just great! like falling asleep the night after christmas smile

Thank you & welcome back to you too!  I forgot to add the picture (it's posted now) - fresh fallen snow is exactly what I was looking at outside my window when I recorded this!

Thank you - that's so nice.  The melody I was humming got stuck in my head when I was working on a house project so I made a voice note - I decided to see what I could do with it for the first weekly offering... it's helped me "peel of the band-aid" of first wb song panic/fear

YAY ecso!!!! You are here!  Great to see you here!

A very cinematic track that gave me visuals of starting up a music box while gazing at the stars and snowfall and reminiscing on the past.  Glad to have you back, happy new year!
