I am so touched that you come up with a tribute song for Rainer. I was happy to know him a little bit, had a performance together with him and enjoyed a new years Silvester night together. Yesterday I watched a DVD from his crazy filmcollection, that we inherited. He was an real artist and great musician with immense knowledge. Miss him too.

he must have been haunting us this week - i wanted to write a tribute after hearing yours - but everytime i thought about it i got too sad...  this track came together and made me smile and somehow reminded me of Ray so i leaned into it - we had planned to write a song about Apfelkuchen - do you remember our baking thread from 2022? i may still try to write that this fall... it was nice to feel some of Ranier's energy come through on this track - i really love his music and keep finding more and more treasures of his left online... i love that you have his film collection! let me know if there are any i should try to look up
