love the laid back vibes with the groove. It gave me some Zero 7/trip hop vibes. Those synth pads have such a hopeful feeling along with your vocals. ![]()
Creates a super chilled out vibe that is nice to just zone out to. We desperately are in need of more love in this world. Thanks for adding some.
vocals on point. oooh that synth that starts 1:30 and carries us through. Love listening every week to what you've come up with
Such a compelling beat! Way to emulate the sound of a heartbeat with that understated kick. This track is fantastic. ![]()
Love is the greatest force! Important not to forget, but easy to do.
I'm bobby along and drifting. Ethereal!
Darkly tender, the bright pads at the end make for a spectacle, holy shit the end! Insanely good! ![]()
It's been so cool to see how your songwriting/production has progressed over the years.
Really nice bass driving along underneath the ghostly textures
Then it really grabs you when it drops out at the end
Absolutely hypnotic….and then that RISE at 1:30. Like everything starts to emit light.
Yeah, that’s
- powerful.
I love how the percussion of those... sticks? I am not good at naming all the available types of percussion but I love how those cut through the very washy feeling of the other layers. It grounds the track and almost feels like the ticking of a clock for me which is a fun way to look at it.
Beautiful use of your vocals, the easy thing would be to have some heavy hitting drums drop in, but I like how you did this, no distractions, keep the listener focused on the vocals and the synth.
ya'll made my heart full
Such a compelling beat! Way to emulate the sound of a heartbeat with that understated kick. This track is fantastic.
good catch - the drum loop: "elevated heart beat" also included: "heart felt fuzzy bells" & "heartfelt reverse synth"
It's been so cool to see how your songwriting/production has progressed over the years.
this means so much
Fantastic track, I love the way the washy synths build -- it subverted my expectations.
I really enjoy the rich layering and the texture it creates! Those drum stick hits are the perfect percussion for this too!
super laid back groove, with the right amount of eeriness at moments. Sounds wonderful as a soundtrack to a lost 90s videogame found in a CD with a mysterious label which no one in the forums seems to remember.
Loving the long vocal phrases at the end. Preluding of something different
Really nice work ![]()
It gives me weird Portishead vibes in a wonderful way.
Really great work ![]()
Fantastic composition. Your singing, that beat and synths work perfectly together.
