My thought for this track was to write something a bit breaks-like and wanting to use my Typhon in some way.

So, I wrote the skeleton for the track without bass whilst in work and then programmed the Typhon seperately, making sure to use the Program Change abilities of the M8 which is always quick and really good.

Ended up just recording a single take, tweaking the Typhon throughout. Also had an accident at the end where it kept playing one of the riffs after everything stopped but I liked the way it sounded so it stays.

For me, the standout element of this track was the detuned bass (I just love detuned basses). I also really liked the breaks – it sounds like you were experimenting with different ducking settings throughout the tune. It's unfortunate tho that the kick and snare got a bit buried in the mix, probably because of the heavy presence of distortion.
