Oh Yeah!

By E-dub on February 20, 2016 10:12 pm

This is another one I didn't bother to write any lyrics for.  It does sorta have vocals because I was trying to record a guitar part but accidentally had the wrong mic turned up and ended up recording my son in the next room.  I have no idea what he was saying, but when I cranked up the volume, it sounded a bit like "oh yeah" to me, so I went with that.

Whoa, your kid sounds took me by surprise! really fun track and tight sound indeed !!!

Loving all that stereo fun you had with that "sitar-ish" sounds. Really surprising.

"Oh yeah" is the ew black smile

Great piece, great guitar work. And your kids vocals sound better than most.

Just don't tell him, lest he goes all Superstar on you.

I was just trying to play the synth to make it sound similar to the guitar part.  It was kinda flat (meaning no depth, not flat in tone) so I used automation to pan it.

Too late, he already thinks he is.

I love it when accidental recordings work out like it did here.
But your contributions to it work brilliantly as well, very cool track!
