Greetings folks! And welcome to the merry month of May smile

I've had the most exciting/draining/thrilling/terrifying week with the amazing support that me and my bandmates have been receiving with our quest to get into EuroMusic 2014! Losing a lot of sleep but having a lot of fun too, doing rather silly stuff like this video...

Thank you all so much for your encouragement and taking the time to vote and put us in 1st place! The competition ends next Saturday 10th of May - if you have the time, and you fancy helping, you can vote once per day by just clicking on the blue button at:

Sharing that page would make a big difference to us too, if you're not averse to doing such a thing. Thank you all so much!

It's hardly surprising that my output for this week is a little different - I've rolled with it though! It's a rather spacious, tranquil live drone piece that has (now that I listen back to it) more than a slight hint of the tension that the competition has brought into my week. I guess it's a little wordless oasis that I briefly escaped into - hope you like it smile

PS - Very excited to be seeing a certain ekayi playing a live set of his own Weekly Beats-grown material next Wednesday! Wish him luck smile   I'll try capture some clips...

Thanks for listening! Have a free album (or two) and find me on Facebook

First thing that come to mind ..

Great to see another side to the Dr. - but this would make a great intro to a song of your usual style!

smile

This is different. I agree with the The Abyss reference. I was thinking something spacey before I saw that.

Oh man that's unexpected on this page! Nevertheless, I really enjoyed it!

Oooooh def an unexpected change but also really liked the deep and dark atmosphere created by it.  The Abyss is def a good image for this.  Best of luck with the competition, you deserve it! smile
