Wow, this is really good, I love the mix of electronic drum kit, guitar and voice. Gives me some of those early Radiohead vibes (positive by the way) and also quite French touch.

Above all, it feels accomplished and the mix is good (it doesn’t suck!) and it really feels like it’s all you wrote this year that is coming together. Really nice work man.

Well done! I agree the mix could use a bit more love. But the tune is there!

There is this quote from the Game of Thrones series: "Power resides where men believe it resides". That applies to singing as well.

Right now I think there is a bit too much low mids on the vocal. Giving at muddy feeling. And as such it feels a little unsure. Not that is necessarily bad. And may even fit the theme of the lyrics. As I read it as a depressing (virtual) reality we're living.

But if you were to clean that up, I expect it would sound more confident. Even if the recorded performance hasn't changed. Nonetheless, that may inspire you to feel more confident about doing vocals next time around. And then you're in an upward spiral.

Though once again, don't take any of what I just said as me thinking it's bad as is. You did good on this!

The guitar warble goes great with your vocals.
Everything does not need to be pitch perfect, that's great authenticity coming from you here, and it gives a sense of vulnerability and intimacy.
Yay, emotions!
Great job, looking forward to what's next.

Congrats on the break through! It can be a scary thing to get started with for sure. I really like the chorus. Feels like a shady salesman trying to sell me on something. Which really resonates with real life...

hell yeah! getting into the vocals has been a focus for me this year so i understand the triumph of getting something you like out there! great stuff!

it took me til week 52 of my first weeklybeats year (or maybe of my 2nd!) to drop some vocals of mine on a track. so well done for popping yours on here!

love the shoegaze vibes of the washy shiny guitar strums along with the verb in your vocals. And then the crisp percussion pierces through the washing to give it almost a The Postal Service element to the indie alt track overall.

I can't quite make out the lyrics while listening, but I don't mind, it gives a very powerful mood.
