This began as an attempt to see how many random 24bit samples I could get playing on the M8 at once, before deciding to make it rhythmic and turn it into a song (or maybe two songs smushed together).  It never crashed or got an error using the stock card.  M8 is a beast.

Some straight-up virtuosic vocal chopping, love this.

AWESOME track! Like ilzxc said, the vocal chopping toward the beginning is so good!

Yess, yeah nice vocal chops and sound throughout. Love the transition in beat

Thanks so much!  I feel like I can't really take credit for the chopping being deliberate on this track it just all kind of fell together accidentally after beginning as a stress test.  In fact that seems to be my general approach to life come to think of it...

Thank you!   The vocal samples are in the same channel as the kick and snare and the whole track is swung with different channels being at different levels of swing (9/3 tics, 8/4 tics, 7/5 tics etc) so everything ended up having a little space carved out in the intro.

Thanks!  Transition to jungly stuff just seemed like the place to take it after messing around with increasing the tempo.

Glad everyone enjoyed it so much - thanks all for listening!
