Highway 4

Playing around with a different mixing method with LSDJ.   This song came about as a result.  I'm very happy with it, (though I wanted to have more change-ups in the progression and arps but ran out of time).  Little post aside from a multi band compressor and some EQ.   Made a mistake shooting the video so I had to re-sync the song as well as the little oscilloscope (which I forgot to hook up to the pocket so it's actually just reacting to the speakers which were a few frames behind the audio so I had to edit the video so that the left side of it is a few frames ahead of the right side :-(  doh!).  Also then realized I had mistakenly altered something crucial in the song and had to re-record and re-upload so the weekly beats audio and YT audio is the same but the video is slightly different in the notes displayed on the right side of the tracker - there are some discrepancies because i had to update the audio but didn't have time to reshoot a video.   Thanks for listening and I hope you enjoy!

Sick jam! That WAV instrument is dope. I also really dig that little wave form display/oscilloscope thing.

you can find those for like 40 bucks on eBay or aliexpress

glad you all enjoyed this! ty!

What? How The high arp that comes in at 0:22 and sits above all the fuzzy bass is amazing (how it functions in the busier mix w/ the leads in place is remarkable also). I love this, sincerely, the little riser-type effects are all exceptional. Jaw on the floor kind of good.
