Uzewkonrop In

By Devieus on December 6, 2020 9:49 pm

Hey look, an outro. It'll do, though I feel it could stagnate a little, probably not as fast as most other things, but it'll stick around for the remainder of 2020 I suppose. Plus it's nice to have the melody generator generate another melody.

NWSPR covered it the next week

The ending was really terrific!!!!

When shelter-in-place is over, I'd like to spend a weekend at the Uzewkonrop Inn.

Sweet, love the outro!

Strong anthemic arrangement this week.  Nice build up towards the end into that outro.

Strong and solid. well done

Like a childhood game soundtrack. I could imagine playing and ancient RTS and having this in the background as armies go marching on smile)

The name needs a bit of tooling, but the theme song is really good.

Personally, I think the build up towards the outro needs work, there technically isn't one so that might be it.

I can imagine it now. It even comes with a victory jingle at the end.

I like this melody that arose. It goes places. Based on comments it sounds like we have a consensus this is about an Inn. I like that idea. If this song were playing, I'd probably stick around the Inn, but hard to tell.

That consensus is mostly based on the title, itself procedurally generated. If you like the melody, you can have it.

Ok this is progressing. I see also that the title has inspired everyone. smile

Wow. The chord progression is so charming!!

Really warms the soul!!

Hats off to you and your procedurally generated wizardry.

I think the word gen is as good as it's going to get. Though maybe I can add a few more diglyphs.

Thanks! It's quite simple, but simple is effective.
