Gumno Ta Ca Es

I don't know what happened either, but he was right. I'm making the quarter end song again, despite my best efforts.
So the way I usually go about this is I look up some music theory videos, usually 8-bit music theory, find something that appeals to me and work that into a song, that's what I did here too to varying degrees of success. I couldn't find much useful other than harmonic motion, so the first section is single steps, and from there it goes all over.
The sections don't really interact with each other that much (though I used what I learned earlier with connecting sections), so it's... kind of a disconnected mess, probably because there is no theme, with a third section I'm certain I'm ripping off from an old song of ours. Whatever, let's go green and recycle old progressions, they're still good. Also the lick plays in the intro, have fun.

As for personal journey thing: as hinted earlier, there may be a way for us to switch manually, but it's not super stable. I try to switch Dev in on Monday, and it worked, but he felt off (he felt some of my dysphoria, but it was really muffled relative to when he switched me back in); that may imply it's not just a mental thing, it's physical as well. Guess that'll be another entry for the diary of a madwoman.

I like that intro - it is epic, like a huge spaceship looming in the distance and casting its shadow on the land. The chiptune vibe of this track takes us of course to video games, and I can picture a Chrono Trigger like epic game with long complex arcs and drama. That's a cool track.

I imagine a lizard getting a massage, not sure why. Nice track

I can hear the W.A. Mozart in you coming through. successful change. big compliment.

An interesting progression to this one!

nice work

cool idea of referring to 8bit music theory's channel, that's always an interesting YT channel.  This had a nice engaging progression.  It didn't feel like a mess imho.

Some neat ideas in there! I would not have guessed it was made in Gadget

I love 8bit music theory videos, and I love this track. Really nice melodies.

Yessssssssssss this is fing awesome

I can see that, maybe more epic than that even
You might even say the structure is following the heroes through this space ship

Yea, that's a weird connection, not sure why either, but as long as gets you just as comfy, why not

I'm not sure she'd liken herself to him, but I'm sure she'd appreciate the compliment either way

She might've had some fatigue in making this, just needed some rest to get to appreciate it
tho she'll probably tell you all the things wrong with it

It's our go-to, the chiptune in it is pretty tight if you know how to use it, and for some reason so are the strings
