Thanks!  Closest I’ve been in Florida is Orlando.  I’ve been to key largo as well, but it’s been years!  I’ve got a cousin who lives near UCF.  Not sure where, but he water skis all day haha

I was humming that melody in the shower, wrote it on piano in GarageBand, then knocked it out on FL

Thanks!  I actually tried using a little less distortion, but I’ve got a pretty crappy interface that muffles all my recordings.  I am happy with how the distortion fit tho!

Funny, I'm originally from Orlando, FL and went to UCF a long time ago. Up in Brooklyn now. Yes, they like to water ski down there. Lots of lakes!
