Fifteen-Year Photosynthesis

By demonzor on February 3, 2018 4:43 pm

I was really blanking for week 5.  I was trying to do a song of full samples to better my skills at slicing, editing, effects, etc, but i was having a pretty hard time being happy with something i was producing.
For this week, i jacked some lyrics i wrote about fifteen years ago around Sophomore year of high school.  Its cheesy, but i enjoyed doing this one until i got to the point where i couldn't figure out exactly how to do what i was going for with the glitch/stutters, and fading of guitars.
I think you'll get the general idea of what i was trying to do with the guitars.  turned out okay.  vocals have some flat notes but i got sick of looking at this song so here ya go!

good job my friend.  stutters seem a little overboard at some points, but overall it's dope

There's great power in its simplicity.
