Another snowy weekend, another gloomy, slow tempo track. Struggling already 
I started with some other ideas but instead I ended up fleshing out a draft I started a while back, based on a handful of one-shot samples from a MegaFM (including the guitar-ish lead, the sonic bass and the pad at the end). Everything done on the M8 tracker.

Thank you! It's a pretty characteristic FM bass sound that I love, and I think sounds pretty good especially on the older, crunchier synths like the megadrive. I've made a few versions of that sound on the M8 as well with the FM engine and the FM macrosynths (where the redux and degrade come in handy).
