Back in the saddle after missing last week. This one started like most of my M8 tracks so far: making a patch (in this case, the FM strings in the intro, based on an old OPL3 patch), making some random patterns to test it, hitting something I kinda like, and then just taking it wherever I feel like it wants to go. This time, I thought it was a little synthwavey, so I added some sui generis drums (dunno, some drum kit samples) and synth sounds (custom FM synth, macrosyn/saw swarm and wavsynth patches). Credit goes to laserdogrob for the amazing lead patch I used around the 2:00 mark.
