I feel like I know what motivated this track... Hahahahaha... Nice work! Kind of lo-fi, calming and just overall super peaceful. Very nice!!!

Mellow af. I love it.

Excellent work.  The lead is lovely and the pads wafting in and out feel great.  Was this also a jam entry?

ooh this sent me

yes, actually.. it was a bit of a coincidence. Was just noodling and this chord progression sounded nice to me. F lydian? I-II-V-I. Saw the community jam. It sort of fits, I thought, if I lower the tempo enough. I should do it after a few dissonant tricks. Noodled a little melody on a (imo) nice fmsynth patch. But melody is hard.

thank you and yes it was... are you submitting? as good as a motivation as any these days @-@

sent you an email through the WB contact thingy, but lmk if it doesn't come through. seems like those things can trigger spam filters sometimes.

and not to go on, but goodness this track has really made it's way into my heart this week. thanks for making it  heart

love the soothing chord progression immediately with those warm pads and a bassline that combines for warm sunrise visions.  The beat ticking along got me swaying with the pads.  Beautiful and subtle synth lead as well.  Fav'ed.

Great song for a lazy afternoon

Thank you! I'm happy with the sound of the sound of that synth lead, although its a very simple FM patch.

Thank you so much!

Well this is just a lovely track.  I REALLY like the sound design.  The "rhythm section" is just so perfectly delicate... like right down the the amount of reverb on the snare sound.  Great work.

Just listened to JWH's rework of this form this week, had to listen to the original now.  Those opening pads are just absolutely stunning, no surprise JWH was inspired by them, how can somewhat not be?
