Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

OMG Is it 2026 already? I am insanely busy and I don't know if I can do this again, but maybe I'll just upload half baked tunes like this now and then, maybe better than leaving them rot in my SD.

Ha, that bass twang leaving us hanging before the drop! Nice one. Yeah, I'd call it half-baked, but only because of the duration. This is an excellent first half (or third?!) of a really strong piece.
But even as is, this could easily be part of a soundtrack where this duration is exactly what's needed and the high pitched fadeout is exactly the thing to focus our attention on what comes next. So yeah, all depends on the use case.
In any case, good call on the submission. This was worth releasing!
