Redwing Blackbird Helps Us Plant the Wheat

By Daisy on June 9, 2024 1:57 pm

This is our effort to plant a patch of wheat in our front yard, just for the look of it.  It also is of great interest to the wild life here.  There were many fly-overs, of our work, such as cranes, turkey vultures and hawks offering avian comments and criticisms.  The Red-winged Blackbird is heard in the piccolo with the repeated high F and occasional 4th and 5ths, with other birds heard in the bassoon and violin.

Love the bird inspiration! Stunning expressiveness and articulation your programming. Enchanting musical shapes smile

Ah, really fun and playful and beautifully done. I love Redwing Blackbirds and we've been seeing a lot this year. Their song always give me a smile.

The sounds are really recognizable as birds, interesting!
