Kitten's First Prowl

By Daisy on September 20, 2022 9:42 am

It starts at night with a little Tomcat padding down an ally enjoying his first experience with the cloak of darkness. He is feeling kind of tough in the first measure with a cat-footed minor bass. The clumsily strummed guitar is his tail lashing back and forth in an awkward attempt to intimidate.  The Honky-tonk piano describes his encounters with  a few back arches and a hisses. Then steel drums --as the kitten begins to innocently enjoy this and forgets to be tough--and is actually a bit scared, amazed and uncertain. Then more arches and hisses-- and he is getting the hang of being a Tomcat in training. Rite of Passage complete!
