I have had negative motivation this week, and was this close to skipping. Burnout is real, and I really wrestled with whether I should skip a week or just make ice soup and do something super generative and ambient. So, here's something super generative and ambient. This was (almost) completely done on the m8, just with a dash of PS1 reverb on the final mix. I did some internal midi goofing with some random chords, with NXT triggering a pluck on those notes, but with a random delay. I then sampled (and resampled and resampled) the results and goofed around with playback and stuff until we got this. I'll say, as much as I was not feeling it this week, I'm actually reasonably satisfied with the end result.

LOVE this. So juicy. I need to make more ambient/generative on the M8, but I haven't really delved into it. Mind sharing the bundle?

I feel that this happens to me often! It sometimes surprises me, but other times not so much, since the whole point of something like WB is the exercise of doing something often, and by this point, you've been doing often enough that even in uninspired weeks, it's possible to make stuff you're proud of.
This is really pretty, and I'm happy you were still able to keep with it. I hope the burnout doesn't get worse this coming week. Cheers, mate!

Lovely! I feel like this would fit really great in Minecraft for some reason

No skipping. Quit in December. This is a beast of a pad on its own.

Very nice work! I also like the process. I should pick up the m8 again in the upcoming weeks. Sorry to read that you are struggling. Hang in there buddy!

This worked!  I'm a fan of a decent drone and this sustains interest throughout.  Glad you got a track out!

Ooh, I love how deep and ambient this sounds, its floating in a fog of odd yet familiar sounds.
I hope this helped take away some of the burnout!

Could listen to this for mucho longer. A much needed meditative escape. Thank you.
