Happy Week 42! Definitely procrastinated on getting started this week until it was a bit too late. Had a loose structure for a track I thought would be easy to flesh out and record but had some trouble with timing/latency again and couldn’t push through. Either my own sense of rhythm/timing is rapidly deteriorating (oh god >.>) or it’s something simple like my computer is getting old or I’ve accidentally changed some settings in Logic without realizing it.
Flipping through old unfinished tracks, this was one where I got stuck after the first “chorus” section. Was able to noodle out the last bit today and get a quick one-mic recording. I have an old Logic file of the first part with some layers/instrumenation, but didn’t give myself time to give this treatment to the whole track. It’s a bit of a slow burn, tbh I’m just here for the loud parts
