I could relate to WB interfering your daily life. I turned 40 this last October, and have to admit life is easier when you're in bed at a regular time and not struggling next morning because you coded a great Pd patch 'till 3 in the morning!

Wish you make the whole 52 because your music rocks, mate, though as a fellow "adult" I wish you stay fresh and happy and never feel music as a burden instead of a pleasure, and so if you feel like walking in the park or going to bed and f*** the deadline, so be it. Treat yourself right.

As someone with a house and a job and a wife and kids, I feel you. I've never actually completed a WB, but I've tried each time and still found it rewarding. Just do what you can and keep life in focus.

Woah.  Thanks for the comments peeps!  I didn't really expect anyone to notice this year so am very humbled.  Just spent day up in Sydney hanging with @midimachine (yo) after playing a fun little show to kick off the year.  We're both looking forward to making some tunes this year :-)

Doing a massive listen though on Wednesday to everyone elses tunes.  Can't wait!

Love how the Latin influence in the beats contrasts with the DnB break. Nice balance in the synth textures - just enough gritty rubberiness offset by the smoother pads. And the solo is ace. Great start to the year.
