Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Dreamy and lush for sure. I like the variance of the synths folding in and out with a nice ambient outro. Nice work!
Great in itself, even more so for a live/improv! Like the vox at the start too.
thanks guys! I must stress that it not purely live in one take as such. I used three stereo tracks for this, each of them a "studio live" performance, though.... 1-2 the sequencer backing (OB TVS-1), 3-4 the lead (OB again), then the mass of polyphonic stuff to tracks 5-6... heavily effected with Strymon Big Sky and Timeline. The backwards speech was an addition from my tape archives...
I love how there's distinct layers, some are really clean and in your face, and the others are way out there in the ether. Great lilting performance, dancey in an old world way.
Reminds me of old Human League or "The Future". I love old school percussion using analog white noise. Downloading!
