Last week - I didn’t make a weekly beat
Except I did - In my sleep
Last Week - Before I woke up
I’d made whole banger and it didn’t even suck,
And in my dream the song had been sowed,
And I’d been to this website, and I’d hit UPLOAD!
Last Week - I dreamt I made my weekly beat!
Yesterday, Sunday roll’d round,
I was staring at the numbers of the timer going down
I closed my eyes sittin’ under the moon,,
And my brain wondered off to bangin’ tune,
In my dream, the screen gets showed,
That I’ve already been here and hit UPLOAD!
Last Week - I dreamt I made my Weekly Beat,

Coz in my dreams I’m travelling the road,
Where I’m smashing out bangers and hitting UPLOAD!

- Drums Recorded on Zoom L-12 with Rode Overheads, SM58s, SM57s, condenser room mic. I did this after a jam session which a Funk band I play in, so when I hit record and launched into rock'n'roll there were certainly confused faces in the room! Thanks to Dom for jumping on the tambourine!! Woooo!
- Guitar is a 70's "lawsuit-era" Ibenez 2350 "Les Paul" from 1975
- Vocals recorded with 1950s era Altec 633 (again, on the Zoom)
This took faaaar more effort and plugins than I'd like to admit.... hahahaha. What am I doing with my life... ahhh weekly beats... But hey, I've never made a track like this before! How fun are guitar solos? woooooo
