This track fought me all week. I'm really used to incubating tracks for awhile so this was and will certainly continue to be a challenge for me. One of my goals for weekly beats was to try to incorporate some more "music theory™" in my work. Needless to say that really didn't happen at all for this one. Sure wish I knew how to write some nice long floating melodies!
All-in-all i don't hate this track, but I'm really not crazy about it either. It's different from lots of stuff I've written before but I tend to think that every time i finish a track. hmm. This is also my first prosound recording and even then i couldn't seem to get it to stop sounding muddy/noisy
