Cow Tools - Week Eleven

By Cow Tools on March 13, 2024 5:00 am

I uploaded a song to week 9, and wanted to add drums to it for week 10.  But then I HATED every drum part I recorded, so I didn't upload anything. I still want to do that, but need to practice my drums.  So in the mean time I recorded this today!  All using nanoloop, which I am slowly becoming more familiar with.

Digging the old school video game vibes on this one.  I can just see the score going up as I listen.

you win! i win! we all win!

I am envisioning Root Beer Tapper for some reason.  This is great!

regarding your notes:

what about uploading a track with a drumbeat you hate and you can tell us why you hate it and we can hate it with you?

I love Tapper!

And the reason I hate my drums is really simple. I've always played with live bands, and we all blend together.  But playing to a machine means that if I go from 120 BPM to 118 BPM, YOU CAN TOTALLY TELL.  So I can either play a simple drum part perfectly on time, or I can play what I want to play and it's a little bit off, and then either way I hate it!

So we'll see....
